Service, knowledge, and skills are important to me. Since joining the real estate industry in 2002, I have made it a point to pursue advanced training and credentials. I have my broker's license and am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Only 4% of all Realtors have the experience, commitment and advanced training necessary to obtain this designation.  I have earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) advanced designation.  To better enable me to assist clients needing to sell estate properties, I have also obtained my Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist designation.

I have a passion for sustainability, recycling, and resource conservation (energy and water efficiency). For that reason, I have also obtained my National Association of Realtors GREEN designation that provides additional education about energy-efficient/high performing and "green" homes.  I represent highly energy-efficient homes in the sale process and was previously involved in assisting an investor to obtain "Green" home certification from the National Association of Home Builders.

For sellers, we will discuss your needs and decide what type of sales approach best suits your scenario.  While traditional MLS listings typically yield higher sales prices, there are certain advantages of using an iBuyer such as Opendoor or OfferPad.  I can help you evaluate options and obtain bids from the iBuyers.  I will provide you with a market analysis to provide an estimated market value of your home. I offer a comprehensive marketing plan. We will agree on a price and marketing plan that meets your selling objectives. For buyers, I will listen to your needs and search for properties that match those needs. I will negotiate the best possible deal. Nothing satisfies me more than seeing the smiles that come with a successful sale or the purchase of a lifetime. I will follow the transaction every step of the way to ensure the best possible outcome. I work with investors, First Time Home Buyers, Move-up Buyers, as well as clients relocating from out of state that must conduct part of their search from afar. Thankfully the days of distressed sales are behind us.

However, I do have experience with foreclosures/ bank-owned properties short sales, etc. I also have helped clients buy properties at national auctions and 'on the steps of the county courthouse'. I have obtained the Short Sale Resource (SFR) certification as well.

While buying or selling a home can be an exhilarating and joyful experience, it may also bring on unexpected stress. I draw upon my knowledge, experience, intuition and good communications to help guide my clients through the business complexities and emotional aspects of the home buying and selling process, whether it is negotiating contracts, reviewing lengthy inspection reports, coordinating repairs, arranging vendors or providing strategic staging and design ideas. Throughout the process, I remain a passionate advocate for my clients, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.

Outside of Real Estate, I am interested in local business, the community, and friends. I am a large supporter of animal rescue and volunteer for a board of a Charter School. I also volunteer with other charitable organizations.
